Smart contracts are experimental and carry risk. Always double‑check addresses and URLs before signing any transaction.

I sent a transaction and it is still pending.

Most delays are caused by low gas fees or network congestion. Check the transaction status in your wallet or block explorer; if it is stuck, your wallet may let you speed it up or cancel it.
I interacted with the wrong contract or URL.

If you believe you interacted with a fake contract or phishing site, stop using it immediately, revoke approvals from a reputable token approval checker, and consider moving funds to a new wallet. Then contact support with details.
The app is crashing or not loading.

Try updating to the latest version of the app, restarting your device, and checking your network connection. If the issue persists, send a request with your device, OS version, app version, and the exact steps that cause the crash.

Witty Inventions is an indie project with limited support capacity. Responses may take time, especially for complex smart contract issues. Support cannot recover funds lost to blockchain transactions, but guidance can be provided on next steps.
